Eligibility

The leading 72 available players from the 2024 DP World Tour Exemption Category list, excluding Categories 6 and 8.The top 10 Regulation applies from the European Open into this tournament.
The leading available Ranked Member who is entered into this tournament and is not otherwise exempt in (a) above from within the top 110 of the 2024 Race to Dubai Rankings as of the conclusion of the European Open will qualify via this exemption. A blank entry will be filed for this exemption that will be defined after the close of entries.

The leading 72 available players from the 2024 LET Exemption Category list.

4 professional tournament invitations. (2 men and 2 women).

4 amateur tournament invitations. (2 men and 2 women)

4 national professionals. (2 men and 2 women)

Eligibility Notes

If any of the spots in (c) – (e) above are unused, then where these were allocated to men the number of spots in (a) above will be increased accordingly and where these were allocated to women, the number of spots in (b) above will be increased accordingly.

If there are less than 72 players entered under (a) above, then at the discretion of the DP World Tour additional invitations to DP World Tour Members will be extended, or the field for men will be reduced accordingly.

If there are less than 72 players entered under (b) above, then at the discretion of the LET additional invitations to LET Members will be extended, or the field for women will be reduced accordingly.

In the event of a tie in (a)(ii) above, this will be determined using the following criteria: Highest 2024 DP World Tour Exemption Category list ranking.

Format

72 holes stroke play with a cut after 2 rounds to the leading 65 professionals & ties.

Men and women will play from different tees.

For the first 2 rounds, men and women will be paired together with all groups either containing 1 man and 2 women or 2 men and 1 woman. After the cut, groupings for rounds 3 and 4 will be in strict score order with the order of tied players determined on a “last in – first out” basis.

All participants are competing for one prize fund with prize money and reserve money awarded in accordance with the DP World Tour prize money policy in force at the time of the event.

Race to Dubai Ranking Points will be awarded in accordance with the finishing position of men only. i.e. The finishing position of the women in the tournament will be disregarded for this calculation.

Winner's Exemption on DP World Tour

For clarity, due to the different tees being used by the women, the winner’s exemption on the DP World Tour for this event is only available to the men.
