Eligibility

1. The leading 72 available players from the 2024 DP World Tour Exemption Category List, excluding Categories 6 and 8. NOTE: 1The top 5 regulation applies from the SDC Championship into this tournament.

2. The leading 68 available players from the 2023/2024 Sunshine Tour Exemption Categories, with the exception of invitations.

3. A maximum of 7 invitations by the Sunshine Tour to Transformation players under the terms of the Sunshine Tour Members General Regulations.

4. 1 invitation to be nominated by the Sunshine Tour.

5. 4 invitations to be nominated by the DP World Tour.

6. The leading 4 players from the International Federation Ranking List at 22 February 2024, not otherwise exempt.

Eligibility Notes

• The following policy will be adopted at close of entries for players who are members of and exempt through both the Sunshine Tour and the DP World Tour:The highest ranked dual member on the DP World Tour Exemption Category list will be allocated to (b) above,
  the second highest ranked dual member will be allocated to (a) above.
  This alternate allocation will be repeated until all such exempt dual members are allocated to one Tour or the other.
  

• With regards to the operation of the DP World Tour top 5 policy, the highest ranked dual member on the 2024 DP World Tour Exemption Category List who finishes in the top 5 and ties in the SDC Championship will be allocated to (b) above, the second highest ranked dual member will be allocated to (a) above. This alternate allocation will be repeated until all such dual Members are allocated to one Tour or the other.

• If there are less than 72 players entered through (a) above, then the remaining spots will be allocated alternately to (b) & (e) above with the first spot going to (b).

• If any of the spots in (d) or (e) above are unused, then the remaining spots will be added to the respective Tour’s allocation in (a) or (b).

• When a player who is a member of both Tours becomes Exempt, he will remain allocated to the Tour under which he first became Exempt, even if he subsequently becomes Exempt through his “home” Tour.

• If any of the spots under (f) are unused, the remaining spots will be allocated to (b) above.

Format

72 holes stroke play with a cut after 2 rounds to the leading 65 professionals and ties.
